It's getting harder to find work in Endiaville, California. People who can't make ends meet must make sacrifices to live—including abandoning their dogs. Animal Control has upped their game in order to control the stray population. There are more animals coming into the Pound than leaving, so it has become a sort of high-kill shelter. Dogs and cats for adoption there are on a timer. Some housers wish to help the strays in any way they can when they're able to escape their yards and roam the streets—but others wish to leave the strays where they are to protect their own status as the beloved family pet.
Kings & Vagabonds is a realistic dog roleplay that accepts both strays and human-owned dogs. There are no site-controlled packs, but players are welcome to form their own. Though we have a WC of 150 words per post, even those new to roleplaying are welcome to join and gain some practice here. Active and helpful members may even be able earn moderator positions. K&V also has a system of forum currency, which is easy to earn and can be spent on fun prizes such as a cat character or a colored custom title.
Whether you choose to be a house-pet loved and fed by human hands, or a stray fighting to survive on the streets, you can explore new territories, survive dangers, and meet new friends (or enemies). Step out of your comfort zone and be the king of your own castle—or a vagabond of Endiaville.
