The small gray cat was curled tightly into a ball, her head tucked neatly under her front paws and covered by her tail. A light purr from a decent sleep rumbled in her throat. Eventually, the light from sun high shown into her den and she batted open bright blue eyes, scanning the area until they adjusted to the bright light. When she was finally feeling awake enough, she hauled herself into a sitting position and began to neatly groom her fur back, using her long pink tongue to dampen it into a neat position, It didn't take too long till her pale, fluffy fur was brushed back and neat.

When she was satisfied with it, she got up and headed out to meet the Clan. Her head was held up nice and high, blue eyes shining the in morning sun. Her long tail was curled up neatly behind her as she walked across the clearing. When she found herself in a nice sunny spot, she yawned lightly and arched her back in a large stretch, before flopping onto her side with a content purr rumbling from her throat. With the sun warming her soft fur, she was able to watch the daily business of the Clan, and get ready to set out on a couple patrols of her own. The sky was bright blue, not a cloud in it, and she couldn't be more content with the things going on around her.

Rowenpaw woke when he felt the morning sun heating his fur as it made it's way into the apprentices den. Since he always slept closest to the entrance Rowenpaw was not surprised to see that he was the only apprentice to be woken up by the rising sun. Even though he had only just woken up Rowenpaw could already feel himself filling with bent up energy. With a glance at his den mates, he made his way out of the den as silently as he could but as soon as he was out he stretched and looked around to see who else was awake at such an early hour. Perhaps if he caught them early enough he could join one of the morning patrols? The idea of walking around the borders sent a thrill excitement through Rowenpaw making him shiver lightly. To be so close to another clans territory made border patrols seem dangerous and thrilling in Rowenpaws mind. However with a quick glance around the camp showed no warriors gathering to go on patrol. Only a few cats were even awake at this hour and none of them looked awake enough to be going on patrol. It wasn't until Rowenpaw spotted Pebblestar did Rowenpaw feel his energy pick back up again.

"Good morning," Rowenpaw greeted the clan leader with a happy mew. Rowenpaw had made it a habit of his to always greet the clan leader, deputy or medicine cat when ever he saw any of them. He figured that since they held such important roles in the clan it was only proper conduct for him to greet them when he saw them. Since he was also a rather high energy and confident apprentice Rowenpaw did not feel intimidated by speaking to any of these three cats like some of the other apprentices did.
