This carnival used to be an attraction a long time ago, but since the fire incident many years ago, before the twolegs vanished it was deserted and only left a grim memory. The building where the Haunted House used to be is where the incident happened. No one knows how it was set but many twolegs died. After the incident no one wanted to go near the carnival.
